When will my orders get delivered?
As soon as the order is dispatched from our ware-house you’ll be provided with a tracking link via Email and WhatsApp. The delivery time will vary depending on your location and number of items ordered.
Metro City: 3 to 5 days.
Tier 2: 5 to 7 days.
Tier 3: 8 to 10 days.

Do you charge for delivery?
Words are free; its how you use them that costs you. ;)
If you make online transactions worth Rs. 990/- and above our delivery charges are free of cost.
COD took a while for us to understand, cause for us COD is CALL OF DUTY (nerd PUNs). But PUNs apart Cash On Delivery charges will be Rs. 60/-.

How can I track the order?
An email & SMS will be sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number & details of service provider. You can track your order on our website by clicking on the order ID after logging in and checking on the courier partner’s name.

What to do if there is a payment fail?
In all certainty that won’t happen, but if it does, don’t you worry, don’t you worry PUNter®, PUNtastik® has got a plan for you. If by any chance, your transaction has taken place, all you got to do is wait for 12days, your amount would be credited in your account.

Do you have COD option?
Why am I not getting any COD option on my payment page?
That is because, your PINcode is not COD approved.
Is it safe to buy stuff online if I make a payment using Net Banking, Debit Card, and Credit Card?

Returns & Exchange
What are the terms of return policy?
PUNtar® can return their orders within 7 days after the order has been delivered.
The returns will be refused if they are used, washed, soiled or worn. Their original tags attached and packaging intact.
If you have received a defective PUNchandise [99% wouldn’t happen], send us images at email@example.com or on whatsapp +919819961626 and we will get back to you.
We will guide with you with the return process and once we have received the product from your end, we will transfer the refund in the form of “STORE-CREDIT”. This credit can be used for a purchase later.
** Damaged products will not be accepted
** STORE-CREDITS = COST OF THE PRODUCT + 60/- Rs. FOR SELF-SHIPPING THE PRODUCT
** The value of SELF-SHIPPING shouldn’t exceed more than 60/- Rs.
** COD handling charges are non-refundable
How does the return process for the PUNchandise work?
It’s as easy as 1 2 3. All you got to do is to apply for a return from your PUNtastik A/c.
Steps to be followed :-
Login to your account
Go to My Orders option
Click on Order Details of the order
Click on return the delivered order
Fill the details of the same/speak to the executive for the same
Once approved for return, you’ve got to a near by courier service/speed post and self-ship it to the address :-

We do not have a reverse pick up facility, hence we are requesting you to self-ship the product to us. Do not worry, we’ll provide you with a “STORE-CREDIT” that can be redeemed any time.
How do I self-ship products?
Before you can self-ship the PUNchandise, you got to remember to pack the item securely so as to avert any damage or loss. Also remember, all items should be with their original tags attached and packaging intact.
Now since the PACKAGE has been secured. All you got to do is to courier it. But before you courier it, write down the address mentioned below:-

Once the team has received the product and the checking has been done, the “STORE-CREDITS” will be transferred to your accounts along with 60 Rs. For the courier charges.
P.S. it’s a humble request to not use Professional Couriers for self-shipping as they are not reliable and the package may not be accepted by the team. Please make sure your courier cost does not exceed 60/- Rs.
Our favourite is “SPEED-POST”, if possible, please try using their services. It’s a government entity and the most reliable.
Will I have to pay for returning the PUNchandise?
Yes, as we do not have a reverse pick up policy, you’ll have to pay for sending the product. But don’t you worry, 60/- Rs along with the price that you’ve paid to purchase the PUNchandise (P.S. Cash on Delivery handling charges are non-refundable) will be returned back to you in the form of “COUPON”, which can be redeemed whenever you like. Cause it is a “STORED CREDIT”. 😉
I have received a wrong/defective PUNchandise. How do I proceed?
Please send us photos/videos of the PUNchundise on +919819961626 or Email them at firstname.lastname@example.org
We’ll send you the replacement within 72 hours. Of course, after we’ve verified and approved the PUNchandise sent by you.
Are international orders eligible for Return/Exchange?
No, international orders are not eligible for returns and exchange. Only if an inaccurate product has been delivered will we return/exchange.
How do I cancel my order?
Please try not to cancel the order, as every-time you purchase a PUNchandise, you start a chain reaction of smiles.
Still, if you wish too, then you can cancel an order by sending us a request on whatsapp at +919819961626 or you can shoot us an Email on email@example.com. Also if you wish to change the order before the shipment takes place, just give us a call, we’ll see what can be done.
However, do note; you can only cancel/change the order that has not been shipped yet, else the return policy mentioned above is applicable.
What are the terms and conditions for refund?
If you've cancelled the order before it being shipped, the refund will be done to your bank account and will reflect within 7-10 business days. If a cancellation is done after the product is shipped, the return and exchange policy is applicable and the refund will be in the form of a COUPON, only after the package reaches us.
If by any chance you've recieved a defective/damaged product, confirmed by our PUNdit, we'll make sure you have your COUPON sent to you o n your whatsapp and mail id within 2 working days.
If you recieved a wrong or missing product which will be confirmed by the PUNdit - we can ship out the actual product or refund the amount in the form of "COUPON, only after the package reaches us.
What are the rules for refunding courier charges?
As previously mentioned in the returns and exchange section we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, we will refund 60/- Rs. worth shipping charges borne by you in the form of "COUPON".
Do keep in mind the courier cost does not exceed 60/- Rs. Please try avoiding Proffessional Couriers as they are expensive. We recommend using 'SPEED POST' as your courier service. Its a government owned enity and has a wide postal network all over India.
I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?
Do remember " COUPONS" take approx 48 Hrs to update.
How long is a coupon valid?
COUPONs validity is for 15 days since you've been informed, and it can only be used once.
How do I place my order?
Placing an order is as simple as learing ABC
All you got to do is to surf through our PUNchandise range till you find something you want. Once you've found the PUN on your choice, you got to click on CART it OUT, a small window would open where you've to select the SIZE and the COLOR of your choice. (you can check our size chart for reference).
After all the PUNchandises have been added, you've got to click on the cart icon on the top right. You will be taken to the My CART page, where you can select the type of shipping. There are 2 modes : Standard shipping (it'll be free on purchase of 990/- Rs and above).
After the mode of delivery has been selected all you got to do is to click on checkout.
From there you can LOGIN to your existing PUNtastik account or simply continue as a NEW PUNter® and create one.
Once this is done, please proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address and select the desired payment mode to confirm your order by clicking ' PLACE ORDER'.
Behold, your order has been placed.
How will I know that my order is placed successfully?
Once the order has been dispatched from our end, you'll recieve another email and a whatsapp message (provided you have given us an active whatsapp number) stating the same.
All that is left now for you to do is to sit back and relax and wait for your PUNchandise to arrive.
How do I receive my Order?
All PUNchandise will be delivered to you in fully sealed packages to make sure that you recieve them in PERFECT condition.
I tried placing my order using my Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What’s happening here?

How should I check the status of my Order?
